September 29, we had a visit to the Sanhua Automotive México plant where more than 60 students from the Technological Institute of Saltillo visited us to give them a talk and a tour of the facilities, to offer them, according to their careers, that they are taking a time of professional practices in the careers of Business Management, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering.
The event began with a tour of the new Campus where Mr. Ricardo Marañon explained the company's new projects, the growth the organization has had. Afterwards, the students were transferred to the current plant where they were received by Mr. Li, the GM of SAM, where they took a photograph and gave them a few words of welcome.
Continuing with the event, Marco García from the HR explained part of the history and growth of Sanhua Automotive México and some of the pieces that are made in the company; Afterwards, Ing. David Perez from the process area participated, where he explained the activities carried out with his work team and some of the careers in which the students could participate.
Continuing with the program, engineers Sergio Salas and Brianda González from the quality department accompanied us, where they explained the importance of the quality area in the industry and its different activities.
For a better understanding of production, Engineers Juan Hernández, Obed Preciado and Gilberto Martínez gave them a tour of the production lines where they briefly explained the production process of the line.
To conclude, the Human Resources Department was present for the closing of the event and providing a space for clarifying doubts, after which the students returned to their university campus. The activities ended successfully in the warm exchange. This activity strengthened the connection between the university and the enterprise and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent continuous deepening of cooperation, such as the construction of the internship base and the cooperation between the university and our company.
