Sanhua Holding Group Launched ESB and Master Data Governance Project

Vice Chairman Zhang pointed out that 2021 is the first year of the company's digitalization, based on two backgrounds: first, the PES system independently developed has been covered and launched in the main business units, and the main architecture has been completed; Second, digitalization is what enterprises must do next, and the standardized definition of digital is the foundation. Through previous investigation, research and discussion, the company comes to the conclusion that it is time to implement the digital standardized definition and standardize the company's operation and management system. At the same time, the voices from customers in the construction and upgrading of digital factories, virtual plants, agile design and other aspects also drive the company to accelerate its digital transformation.

Vice Chairman Zhang emphasized that ESB and the Master Data Project is a very important milestone and he put forward the work requirements. Firstly, a standardized definition of digital should be promoted at the group level and start with the deterministic part; secondly, the construction of IT development team and organization should be strengthened; thirdly, GM of each business unit must attach great importance to the project and support, push the project; fourth, all levels should pay attention to data cleaning and listen to opinions of experts and experienced colleagues. Fifth, in the annual performance appraisal of project team members, relevant departments can listen to the opinions and evaluation of the project team.
In the enthusiastic expectation of the company's digital transformation, the ESB and Master Owner Data Governance project kick-off meeting was successfully concluded.
