China Ministry of Science and Technology Deputy Secretary-General He Defang pays a visit to Sanhua

On October 10th, He Defang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Meng Xiaojun, Deputy Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, accompanied by other 7 government leaders visited Sanhua Xinchang Industrial Park.
